After so many hours in a bus, it’s nice to be able to take a shower and have a change of clothes. Although I haven’t been able to really check in and see the dorm room yet, first impressions of our hostel—Budget Backpackers—are positive: friendly staff, clean, great breakfast menu, and hot, spacious showers.
For me, a change of clothes meant changing into my kilt, of course!
A solid start of the day at the Mint & Lime Bar, the bar of Euro Hostel Glasgow.
Checked in at Euro Hostel Glasgow to freshen up a bit and change into my kilt. This time again, there was a little present waiting for me in my room: Irn-Bru to battle the hangovers, and some funny kilt socks. Not to be worn with a kilt. 🙂

I’m not expecting #GlasgowTreats for my stay at EuroHostel Glasgow in about a week, but the Irn-Bru and crisps sure made a great hangover antidote! Remind me to buy some to put in my room before I hit the pubs…
