Ready, set, go!

After over seven hours in a bus—luckily well air-conditioned—and the obligatory double customs checks, we caffeinated ourselves at Iris & June: excellent espresso from the local roasters Ozone Coffee.

After that, it was just late enough to check into our home for the next couple of nights: easyHotel London Victoria. Excess luggage dropped off, and we’re now ready to take on the challenge, and go to our first BrewDog bar!

Praha – 3. den

Our third and last day in Prague, we visited the Galerie Rudolfinum, which meant — strangely enough — we spent most of the morning in the dark watching movies. After another taste of the Czech cuisine, and an espresso at Onesip Coffee, we continued our cultural day at the National Gallery.
After a quick visit to the Kafka head, we tried the last couple of craft beer bars.

Praha – 2. den

Second day: Museum of Prague City, coffee at EMA Espresso Bar, leisurely strolling in the city centre, and a visit to the Apple museum. Some beers as well of course, at BeerGeek, although there didn’t seem to be a lot of Czech people there…

Praha – 1. den

As usual, we spent part of the first day on a tour bus. Halfway we got out to visit Prague Castle, which — not surprisingly, considering it’s one of the largest castles of Europe — took us a good part of the day.

Cardiff – Day 5

Last day in Cardiff, so it was time to pack our bag and check out. We didn’t have anything planned anymore, so we had a leisurely breakfast at The Plan Cafe, a last coffee at The Little Man Coffee Co., and — since BrewDog Cardiff apparently only opens at 4 pm on Mondays — a couple of beers at smallBAR, which we both agreed on probably is the best bar in Cardiff!
The train arrived with a small delay, but we expect to arrive in London on time. Fingers crossed!
