Coffee Infused

I almost forgot they have a Hop Cannon at BrewDog Glasgow now as well. It’s not just for hops though, although not everything turns out well: at some point they tried to make a bacon infused beer, but that turned into quite a sticky mess…

The result of today’s experiment was a beer with a stronger coffee taste than some coffees I’ve had!

You might be wondering why I’ve become so silent all of a sudden: after a coffee break at Artisan Roast, I headed over to one of my favourite places in Glasgow, BrewDog Glasgow.
I had to catch up on some BrewDog beers that haven’t reached Belgium yet, and now I’ve moved on to the Gigantic guest beers.
Life is good… 🙂

The ‘kilted guy’ himself

For a blog called “Kilted Guy”, there are remarkably few photos of myself in a kilt. To remedy that, I’ll start posting some every once in a while.

This one is actually from the first night after I received my kilt, and the first time I’ve worn a kilt in public. Since Brussels lacks Scottish pubs, I decided to go to a more pan-Celtic pub that night: Celtica.

This photo was taken by some tourists, with my own phone after they had taken one with their own camera. I’ve modeled for many more tourist photos after that, but this actually is the only I have myself. Apparently tourists always ‘forget’ to e-mail…
