The Caledonian Sleeper

Whenever you can, travel in style!

When going to Scotland, the Caledonian Sleeper really is the way to go then: craft beer in the lounge car, and comfy beds in private cabins.

Afternoon in London

In the afternoon we went to our third BrewDog bar, BrewDog Clerkenwell, followed by a visit to Ninth Ward, where a โ€˜battleโ€™ between Weird Beard and Brew by Numbers took place. Even though it was still early, we had dinner as well, if chicken wings count as such.
After collecting our luggage at the hotel, we went for a quick pre-train drink at the Euston Tap. It was unexpectedly tiny!

But first: London

We only had a couple of hours on our first day in London, but we managed to squeeze in a fish meal at Hook Camden, a visit to BrewDog Camden โ€” with some familiar Glaswegian faces โ€” and a last drink at a pub near our hotel, The Queenโ€™s Head, with live piano music.
